Transnational Session II Iceland Day 1

TUESDAY – 5th June 2012

The transnational session started at 9:30 h in the morning in the eco-village of Solheimar the day 5th of June 2012.

After the signature of these documents, the representative of the promoter, Mr. Arias, presented the brochure of the project, including both contents and layout.

The promoter presented the I Newsletter of the project, including both contents and layout. The partners liked the design chose.

After this presentation, the presentation of the project Website took place. Mr. Arias presented the website which is still under construction and the partners discussed the different sections and contents.

After this presentation, Ms. Lombraña, on behalf of IRMA SL, presented the information of the project included for the moment in the ADAM Database. The compulsory contents have been already included in the database.
Afterwards, the different partners presented their progresses regarding the dissemination and publicity tasks and the signature of Adhesion Letters:
• IRMA SL - Institute of Restoration and Environment (Spain):
o They have already organised some dissemination actions in their action area, they have included information of the project in the website and they have signed 6 adhesion letters with different entities for the moment.
• ИНФОЦЕНТЪР ЕООД / INFOCENTER EOOD (Bulgaria):
o They have not organised any dissemination action for the moment and they have not signed any adhesion letter, although they have started the contacts to sign the letters with different entities. They have publicised the project in their office through a panel and they have included information of the project in the website.


• MTU SIKSALI ARENDUSSELTS (Estonia):
o They have not organised any dissemination action for the moment but they have attended different conferences and events and they have publicised the project during them. They have not included information of the project in the website yet but they will do it soon. They have signed 6 adhesion letters with different entities for the moment.
• AEPMDD - Lifelong Learning Association for Environmental Issues and Sustainable Development (Romania):
o They have already organised some dissemination actions in their action area and they have included information of the project in the website. They have not signed any adhesion letter for the moment.
• ESPAZO ENSINA (Spain):
o They have not organised any dissemination action in their action area for the moment, but they will do the first one very soon when inaugurating their new office. They have started the contacts with different schools and entities to sign the adhesion letters and they will organise a specific workshop during the next year.
• WFI - Worldwide Friends Iceland (Iceland):
o They have not started with the dissemination and publicity actions and they have not signed any adhesion letters for the moment. They will use the summer period to start with all these actions, as it is the most active period for them.

After the lunch time and a brief visit to the different facilities of the eco-village, the partners continued their meeting with the discussion about the possibility of making some budget changes.

Ms. Lombraña explained that some small changes (less than 10% of the target budget section) are possible if they do not mean any change regarding the technical work. The partners agreed to study their individual budgets.

After this presentation the partners discussed the way of organising their Testing actions. A total of 30 hours per testing action (including both technical and practical part) was agreed for every partner. Regarding the rest of requirements, the partners agreed to respect the ones included in the project proposal and explained during the first meeting. During this second meeting, IRMA SL explained the different documents that should be submitted for the final report regarding this action and provided the partners with different examples and models. Every partner will be free to use those models or different ones when developing their testing actions. The only common compulsory documentation will be the Testing Action Evaluation Report that will be delivered by every partner in English and in his own language.

Ms. Lombraña explained to all the partners the main guidelines to be followed to submit both the Interim and Final Reports of the project and remembered the documentation that should be delivered and the deadlines agreed, as well as delivered the different models to be used.

After this presentation, Ms. Lombraña made a brief remembering about the different deadlines to respect for every project task and the promoter asked the partners to respect those deadlines for the good development of the project.

Then, the partners talked about the I Internal Evaluation Report.

Finally all the partners agreed about organising the III transnational meeting in Tryavna (Bulgaria) during the 8th and 9th of November 2012.
